Portland Saturday Market 4/9/11

Springtime in the Pacific Northwest is a wild ride weather wise.  You don't know from one minute to the next
if you will be enjoying the sun, walking in the rain, or dodging hail.  Ensuring everyday is a new adventure.   Yet we know it is spring as the park right next to the Portland Saturday Market has cherry trees that are in full bloom, the market traffic has picked up, and the marathons have already started occurring.  One of the great things is all of these can be enjoyed while shopping or in our case vending at Portland Saturday Market.

This weekend I thought we would share some pictures of the wonderful park and beautiful trees we will be enjoying through out the year.

Tree in the park
Not sure what type of tree this is,
however soon it will have leaves
as it was loaded with buds this weekend.

Ok I was a bit obsessed with the Cherry Trees.

Stop in an visit us sometime.  While the majority of the vendors move spots every weekend, you can always locate them easily by stopping at the Red Caboose better known as the market information booth.  They have a map of the market with everyone's location noted for that particular day.
