Life is like a garden, always growing, always changing, living and dying by the seasons.
Spring blooms herald the changing of the seasons.
Providing life for bees, hummingbirds and a myriad of other critters, that are all essential for the ecological health of earth's fragile ecosystem.

Gardening is life affirming, inspiring, and meditative for some people. If life has you down, spend some time outdoors. Whether gardening, hiking, or visiting a public garden.
Seeing the fragile balance of life at its most basic is awe inspiring. For me it reminds me to ask myself the question everyday, am I doing at least one thing today to bring joy into my life.
This is a good question for everyone to ask themselves. Especially in this day and age where we are always on the go, bombarded with information overload, and surviving day to day is a challenge.
Yet, the lives we lead, our lives should be filled with joy, full of people we love and good food. This basic principle of life is sometimes lost in the day to day chore of survival.
Spending time outdoors with nature, especially gardening, is just one of the many ways in which I remind myself that life should be joyful and should be about more than the basic chore of survival.
Are you willing to share at least one thing, you do on a regular basis, that brings you joy?
