Thomas in his booth at Portland Saturday Market, working on putting one of his pieces together.
Orbs sitting in a display case waiting for the final step in the creative process.
Ok, it is really hard in an outdoor setting to get perfect shots without a reflection, but the color and detail he creates in his pieces is phenomenal.
Color is not something he fears, and has some fantastic combinations to choose from.
I really like the ocean waves in this one, well it is what come to mind when I looked at it anyway.
Others may have a different response.
Tina is ogling the completed pieces that are hanging and Thomas is in the background.
Choice of metals is copper and steel, all of which Thomas bends and forms himself.
He also creates all of the orbs himself, including the pear shaped.
Look at those vibrant yellows with hints of green.
Currently Thomas Sedlak artisan and owner of "A Trip to No Where" can only be found at Portland Saturday Market, however he can always be reached via email during the off season at ThomasSedlak@gmail.com.
