Sweets, yum. No sweets in general are not Paleo, but every now and then you have to treat yourself. We work and food is one of our delightful indulgences to begin with, yet we rarely indulge ourselves. When we do indulge we look for comfort, easy to make yummy goodness.
Cake is not our first choice, though we did find this one and really enjoyed it. The chocolaty goodness with a Paleo friendly recipe and it is made with pumpkin. The Unrefined Kitchen blog is where we found this delightful treat. They have many other recipes that they have shared, we still have lots to try.
Pumpkin bars, yum. While traditionally a fall treat they are good any day of the year. Ok, I have to admit I have not spent much time on this blog, The Nourishing Gourmet, looking around. though if the pumpkin bars are any indication, I need too. Not only do I need to I would be foolish not too.
